PGDBCL program aims at imparting knowledge of various businesses and corporate legislations.
PGDBCL program covers various facets of business and corporate legislation and is a judicious mixture of the two. It includes acts such as the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, the Companies Act, 2013 with recent amendments and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Besides, the program familiarises students with international business laws and laws related to banking. Keeping in focus the needs of the open economy, this program includes areas such as mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, due diligence procedure, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms etc.
PGDBCL program is AICTE approved.
